1. There’s a lot of data in Fohlio. Now, with the enhanced pinned column, your collaborators will see what you need them to see when they log in.
2. Manage payments in supplier invoices in a way that works for you; bypass payment term requirements and edit entries transparently. Everything will be working as usual in a couple of hours.

Fohlio will be releasing two big updates soon:

1. Connect Key Data to Project Phases & Share

Standardize project stage visualization easily and reuse your configuration: set pins in the phase, and it’s going to stay the same across all your projects when you are in that specific stage of the project

Share your project with any invitee, and they’ll see the same pinned columns as you. So they won’t have to dig through all your data in Fohlio. They can just log in and get to work. There’s no more room left for excuses like “Well, I didn’t see it….”

Keep key data in your field of vision and quickly update it, even if you’re waaaaayyyy at the end of the project sheet table.

We recommend you update your pin settings after the release, since they are now being saved for a phase and not a project like they used to. To make this new and improved behavior possible, we did our best to adapt your old settings to the new framework.

2. Manage payments in supplier invoices in a way that works for you

The purchase order is issued elsewhere, but you still want to track the supplier invoice in Fohlio. We got you covered!

Simply create a supplier invoice directly from the datasheet and put your record in Fohlio.

Now you can add a payment with any number (even if it wasn’t in the payment terms. Who needs those?).

Made a wrong payment but don’t want to do everything all over again?

Don’t worry! You can simply enter the edit mode and remove the payment.
